Sup people!
When you get up at 7:30am...you can get a lot of shit done.
I made breakfast, did an exercise, went over my vocal stuff for
Next to Normal, and then made this for my 10:30am snack.
Just a slice of whole grain toast (no butter) with one scrambled egg (no butter; veggie spray) on top. A little dash of pepper is all she needed.
I really am starting to like this little diet of mine.
Off to shower and then some amazing rehearsal with some amazing folks!
